The Museum of Arts and Design (MAD) has announced the lineup for this winter's "The Home Front: American Design Now," guest-curated by yours truly.
The series of public programs include (in order of appearance): PIN-UP's Felix Burrichter, Rafael Cárdenas, RO/LU's Matt Olson, Adam Lindemann, Rauschenberg Foundation’s Christy MacLear, Product Placement's Julie Taraska and Kimberly Oliver, DwellStudio's Christiane Lemieux, Rockwell Group's Barry Richards, David Weeks, The American Design Club in the open studios featuring "THREAT: Objects For Defense And Protection," BOFFO's Faris Al-Shathir, Noho Design District's Monica Khemsurov, Kiel Mead, New York Creative Social Concern (NYCSL)'s Chad Phillips, and more.
Guests to the events will get a free copy of the exclusive publication "Temperature 2012" by Chicago's Volume Gallery with essays and interviews by over 35 of America's top design players.
